Evelyn Terrell is a real estate and commercial lending attorney, and began her legal practice in 1992. Evelyn spent the first eight years of her practice as an associate attorney with large, well-respected law firms in downtown Houston. A Houston resident since 1984, Evelyn relocated to Kingwood in 2014. Ms. Terrell has significant experience representing financial institutions, real estate developers and investors in sophisticated real estate and commercial finance transactions, with particular expertise in:
